1. Processing Time (Made‑to‑Order)

Since our products are custom‑made specifically for you (including custom sizing, printing, or monogramming), we require additional time to produce your items to our quality standards.

  • Production Time: Please allow 3–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

  • Quality Check: Every item is inspected for quality and carefully packaged during this time.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping: 8–15 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. Customs clearance procedures in the destination country may cause delays beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

We believe in full transparency. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We ship exclusively via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All duties and taxes are pre‑paid by the seller for a hassle‑free delivery experience.

5. Returns & Exchanges (Custom Items)

Please note: Customized products are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable. If there are any quality issues, please contact customer service for resolution.
